Frequently asked questions
Can I add more owners to an OPC later?
An OPC can be converted into a Private Limited Company when you want to add shareholders. We can guide you through it.
Is an OPC the same as a proprietorship?
No. An OPC is a separate legal entity with limited liability, while a proprietorship is not separate from its owner.
