Services are provided as agreed with you in writing or on WhatsApp/email. Scope, fees and timelines are confirmed before work begins.

2. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents. We are not liable for penalties or errors arising from incorrect or late information.

3. Fees

Professional fees are separate from government fees, stamp duty, DSC and similar charges, which are payable by you at actuals. Fees paid for work already started are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

We keep your documents and financial information confidential and use them only for the agreed service, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service concerned.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana.
